The availability of wire transfer funds is subject to time limits whose maximums have been defined by Segura Bank International Corp. Funds may be available according to the timelines established by regulations and policies, as well as the time it may take for the correspondent bank to process them.
The Bank will carry out wire transfers only against available funds. In the event of receiving requests after the cut-off time (3:00 pm), the transfer will be carried out on the following business day.
The Bank will debit withdrawals made against the Accounts and will credit deposits made via wire transfers to the Accounts. Fund withdrawals are subject to the availability of funds maintained by the customer in the Account(s). The Depositor assumes responsibility for any overdraft and the corresponding penalty resulting from debits to the Accounts via wire transfers.
